- Simply SexZ Reserves the right to refuse the sale of any item to any person for any reason. Prices and Specifications may vary without notice. NO C.O.D. orders, full payment must be received prior to shipping merchandise.
- Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase.

- Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for in stock items.
- Simply SexZ's will notify you if any item is temporarily out of stock & will be put on backordered status.
- Out of stock items will be shipped within 4-5 weeks

Returns
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt exchange, refund, or credit.
- Returned merchandise must have a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). To receive an RMA # contact us at info@simplysexz.com or 1-920-886-1686
- Returned items must be returned within 15 days of delivery date.
- Please allow 15 days for charge credit refund. Credits will only be issued to the charge card used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Additional shipping charges apply on exchanges.
- A 20% restocking fee applies on refused orders only.
- You have have the opportunity to try on the item under your own conditions. Health regulations stipulate that clothing and shoes/boots that is soiled, worn, damaged, walked in or laundered CANNOT be taken back.

- Credits will only be issued to the charge card used in the original order
- A credit will be issued within one week once we receive your return.
- Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Unauthorized packages may be refused and returned to the sender.
